During The Warranty Period
If your product has any issue, please cooperate with our technician by providing the measurement data or parameters they request. This helps us identify which part may need replacement.
Once the problem is confirmed, we’ll send you the replacement parts for free — you’ll just need to cover the shipping cost. If you need complete circuit boards to replace, you should pay 50% of the costs.
You can also choose to send your amplifier to the nearest Ascsonic authorized service center for free repair service. Please note that shipping fees are not included.
For large orders, we’ll include free spare parts with your shipment, so you can easily handle future maintenance.
